The part that makes it worth anything
You get the tin whether the review is glowing or brutal. We don't read it first, we don't gate it behind a rating, and we don't take it down if it stings. A review you're only rewarded for leaving when you liked it isn't evidence of anything, which is precisely the problem with everyone else's wall of five stars.

The questions we actually get
Do I have to like it?
No, and that's the whole point. The tin ships on a one-star review exactly as it ships on a five. We don't read it first, we don't gate it behind a rating, and we don't take it down if it stings. If Axiom Focus did nothing for you, that is the most useful thing you could tell the next person reading.
What if I didn't make it to thirty days?
Send it anyway. Tell us how long you ran it and we'll label the review with that number. A ten-day review is still worth reading, it just isn't the same claim as a thirty-day one, and we won't present it as one.
Can I do this and still use the money-back guarantee?
Yes. They're separate things. The 30-day guarantee refunds your first tin if your afternoons are unchanged, one email, no return shipping, no form. Asking for that refund does not disqualify you from the review program, and a negative review does not disqualify you from the refund.
How long until I hear back?
A few business days. We reply from care@axiomneuro.co to confirm which tin you want and where it's going. If a week goes by with nothing, email us directly, it means something went wrong in the inbox, not that you were passed over.
Can I submit more than one?
One free tin per customer. Once the other three formulas launch you're welcome to write about those too, we'd genuinely like to know how they compare, but the reward is capped at one.
Will you edit what I wrote?
We fix a typo if you ask us to. We don't edit for tone, trim the critical parts, or delay a review because of what it says. If we ever quote a shortened version somewhere, the full text stays published alongside it.
Do I have to send a photo?
No. It's optional and it has no bearing on the tin. Reviews with a photo tend to be trusted more by people reading them, which is the only reason we ask.
