- Stop billing and shipping indefinitely, and restart whenever you want. Your pricing is preserved.
- Swap formulas
- Change which formula ships next — Focus, Energy, Rest or Biome — without starting a new subscription.
- Change frequency
- Move your delivery interval if one tin a month is too fast or too slow for how you actually use it.
- Update payment or address
- Edit your card details or shipping address before the next renewal date.
- Cancel
- Cancel outright, in one click, at any time. No phone call, no email required, no retention flow.
How billing works
The Productivity Plan is a recurring subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout until your order is fulfilled or you cancel.
Changes take effect from your next renewal. If you cancel, pause or swap after an order has already been dispatched, that shipment still goes out — but you won't be billed again.
When to make changes
Make any change at least 24 hours before your next renewal date so it applies to the upcoming order rather than the one after it. Your renewal date is shown in the customer portal and in every renewal reminder email we send.
If you can't get in
If the link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, or the change you need isn't in the portal, email care@axiomneuro.co with your order number and we'll take care of it. We'll never make you call to cancel.
