Processing times
All Axiom Neuro orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping rates and delivery
- Standard shipping
- Typically 3–5 business days. Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping
- Typically 2–3 business days.
- Complimentary shipping
- Free expedited shipping on all domestic orders over $75.00 USD.
International shipping
At this time Axiom Neuro ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. Rates and delivery estimates for Canadian orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
You can check your shipment's progress at any time using the Track order link in the Assistance menu at the bottom of any page, along with the tracking number from your dispatch email.
